Terms of Service for Digi Axle
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Digi Axle, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services Offered
Digi Axle offers website design, development, and digital marketing services to clients. The scope of services and terms for each project will be detailed in a separate agreement or contract.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, content, and approvals within agreed-upon timelines for project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
4. Project Timeline and Delivery
Digi Axle will provide an estimated project timeline. While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any changes in project timelines promptly.
5. Payment Terms
We accept only online payment.
Payment once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
Payment terms and project pricing will be detailed in a separate agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the completed work, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Digi Axle and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of project-related information and not disclose sensitive information to third parties without consent.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or contract with notice. Fees for work completed up to that point will be due.
9. Warranty and Support
Digi Axle provides a limited warranty on its work. We offer post-launch support as outlined in the project agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
Digi Axle is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or any issues arising from third-party products or services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Indian Contract Act, 1872
12. Changes to Terms
Digi Axle reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
